Opening is at 10 a.m. with last tour admission at 5 p.m. Houses & grounds close at 6 p.m.

Face covers are required of all visitors and staff members inside the houses.
Social distancing is mandatory and the flow of visitors through the houses will be carefully controlled in accordance with CDC guidelines.
All tours are self-guided using the free Newport Mansions audio tour app. Audio players are no longer provided. Please download the audio tour app to your device and remember to bring your own earbuds. Visitors without a smart device will be given a paper tour script that will be used only by them.

NOTE: Regrettably during the reopening period the houses are not accessible for mobility-challenged guests. Only certified service animals are allowed on the properties. Strollers are not allowed.
