The
Welcome Center Café at The Breakers features a daily self-serve
selection of sandwiches and salads prepared locally for Newport Mansions
by Stoneacre Brasserie, along with a variety of snacks, pastry and
cookies and hot and cold beverages for the whole family. Indoor and
outdoor seating available.

At Marble House, The Café at The Chinese Tea House features a self-serve menu of sandwiches, salads and small bites prepared for Newport Mansions by Stoneacre Brasserie, and an assortment of snacks and beverages. Please note that only outdoor Café seating is available on most weekend days, when Afternoon Tea is served at The Chinese Tea House.

- Parking is FREE at all open properties.
Children’s Tours at The Breakers and Marble House are especially designed for children and included with regular admission.
We are not doing reservations or timed admissions. Tickets can be purchased online or upon arrival. Preservation Society members must present their card and a valid ID for entry.

Tours are self-guided; audio tours of The Breakers, Marble House, The Elms and Rosecliff are available through the free Newport Mansions audio tour app. Audio players are no longer provided. Please download the audio tour app to your device and remember to bring your own earbuds. Visitors without a smart device will be given a paper tour script that will be used only by them.
NOTE: The Breakers and Marble House are partially accessible for mobility devices; our other houses are not currently accessible. Only certified service animals are allowed on the properties. Strollers are not allowed.
