Advance reservations are required for all group tours.
Self-guided audio tours are provided at The Breakers, The Elms, Marble House and Rosecliff. Self guided audio tours permit each member of your group to move through the house at their own pace. Audio tours range in length from 30-90 minutes depending upon the interest of the visitor. Audio tours are available in multiple languages, and printed scripts are also available in several languages. Please ask for details about available options when scheduling your tour.
Guided tours are provided at Chateau-sur-Mer, Chepstow, Hunter House, Isaac Bell House and Kingscote. Guided tours are led by our experienced staff of tour guides. The narrated portion of each tour is approximately 45 minutes in length.
A self-guided tour is available at Green Animals Topiary Garden. Detailed garden maps are distributed to our visitors to enjoy the garden at your leisure.
Please check the operating schedule to determine which properties will be open when you plan your visit. You should allow 90 minutes to visit each property, permitting your group to enjoy the house, grounds and the Newport Mansions Stores.

Group Visit Reservation Form
To request a group visit to the Newport Mansions, please submit the Group Visit Request Form.
To qualify for the ADULT GROUP rate, a minimum of 20 persons is required, and all must visit as an organized group with one person responsible for full payment. Driver and escort are complimentary.
To qualify for the STUDENT GROUP rate, the group must be affiliated with an educational organization and consist of a minimum of 10 students. For students ages 6-17, one adult chaperone is complimentary and required for every 10 students.
The Preservation Society of Newport County welcomes teachers and students to its historic properties. Over two centuries of American history, art, and cultural development are represented in the PSNC’s collection of properties, which makes Newport an ideal learning laboratory for students!
Christmas at the Newport Mansions
Celebrate the holiday season at The Breakers, The Elms and Marble House from mid-November through New Year's, when the houses are decorated in festive themes. The houses will sparkle with silver and gold, and rooms are filled with decorated trees, thousands of poinsettia plants, wreaths, garlands and flowers.
Either guided tours or open-house formats may be in effect.
Holiday Evenings at the Newport Mansions
During Saturday evening open houses in November and December, guests can stroll through the house in the evening while enjoying live music, with a stop for Christmas sweets, eggnog and cider. Limited availability.

Newport Flower Show
Regularly voted one of ABA's Top 100 events, the Newport Flower show offers group visitors three days of fun, flowers, food, fantastic shopping experiences, spectacular garden displays and so much more, all located in and around one of America's most beautiful and storied Gilded Age mansions, Rosecliff.
