Vintner Dinner; Vive la France!
Join this French inspired dinner in the
spectacular setting of Rosecliff, modeled after the Grand Trianon, the
garden retreat of French kings at Versailles. This exquisite dinner will
begin with Calvisius Caviar and Champagne on the Terrace along with
passed canapés. Guests will move to the ballroom for an engaging and
entertaining 3-course dinner, each course will paired with a fine wine
from the French regions of Alsace, Burgundy, Rhône and Bordeaux. Dessert
and cordials will be served on the terrace. Vintners will educate on
each of the wines, the nuances of the region and the beautiful pairings
for each dish.
Cocktail attire, jackets and ties suggested. Valet parking will be provided.
