The Bordeaux Dinner
Thursday, September 20, 2018
Experience the splendor of a bygone era, from the Châteaux of Bordeaux to the Châteaux of Newport – this French inspired evening will be an unforgettable experience of the highest quality. The Elms, with its terraces, marble and bronze sculpture and ornamental fountains is a most spectacular setting for an intimate Gilded Age Dinner. The mansion was modeled after the mid-18th century French Cha^teau d'Asnieres (c.1750) outside Paris.
This evening will begin with Champagne and canapés along with a short tour. A five-course menu will be created by James Beard Award nominee Chef Jeremy Sewall of Les Sablons, Island Creek Oyster and Row 34, and paired with exquisite wines from five legendary Bordeaux properties.
Evening attire/Jacket & Tie.
All attendees must be 21 or over. No one under the age of 21 will be admitted.
