Operating Schedule
Some of the Preservation Society's properties are open seasonally, so please check the schedule below to determine which properties will be open at the time of your planned visit. All properties are closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

The Breakers
Open Daily
House opens at 10 am, last tour admission at 4 pm, house and grounds close at 5 pm.
Tours offered hourly on the hour.
Marble House & Rosecliff
Open every Saturday and Sunday, Monday holidays (January 21 and February 18), and daily February 19 - 22 for Newport Winter Festival.
Houses open at 10 am, last tour admission at 4 pm, houses and grounds close at 5 pm.
Tours of Rosecliff offered hourly on the hour.
Marble House self-guided audio tours available continuously.
Please note: Rosecliff will be closed on Saturday, March 22 until 2 pm. It will open for touring at 2 pm. In addition, Rosecliff will close early on several dates, as follows:
Saturday, January 19: Rosecliff will close at 1 pm
Saturday, March 29: Rosecliff will close at 3:30 pm

Open Daily (Please note: Rosecliff will be closed and not available for tours on April 28, 29 & 30. Isaac Bell House will be open on those three days and available for touring as an alternative for those holding multi-house tickets)

Newport Flower Show, June 27 - 29 Rosecliff will be closed on Thursday, June 26 in preparation for the Newport Flower Show. From June 27-29, Rosecliff accessible with Newport Flower Show ticket only--regular mansion tickets may be upgraded to include the Newport Flower Show, but there will be no guided tours of Rosecliff.
The Breakers Family Tour, daily June 28 through September 1, weekdays at 2 pm; weekends at 11 am and 2 pm, regular admission applies.
The Breakers Stable & Carriage House, Coggeshall Avenue, weekends & holidays only June 28 through September 1, free with Newport Mansions Experience ticket
The Breakers Children's Cottage, daily June 28 through September 1, free with mansion ticket
