Michel Richard will host a cooking demonstration and sign his books at
the Saturday, September 21 Grand Tasting at Marble House. Richard is the
owner of restaurants in Washington, D.C., Las Vegas and Atlantic City
which are repeatedly featured in the best American dining guides.
On Sunday, September 22, television chef and restaurateur Alex Guarnaschelli will host a cooking demonstration, followed by a signing
of her just-published cookbook, Old School Comfort Food.
Guarnaschelli is executive chef at two New York City restaurants, a
judge on Food Network's "Chopped" and a Food Network "Iron Chef."
