Friday, June 23, 2017 – Opening Night Cocktail Party 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, June 24, 2017 – 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, June 25, 2017 – 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Vendor applications for the 2017 Newport Flower Show will be accepted beginning January 9, 2017.
Please consult the marketplace layout map, as well as the Marketplace Rules & Guidelines. Then fill out and submit the vendor application.
Here is the 2017 fee schedule:
Vendor Booths in the Oceanside Boutique area will be
available at the rate of $1,200 for each 9' x 9' area.
Vendor Booths in the Gardener’s Marketplace area will be
available at the rate of $800 for each 9’ x 9’ area. Only garden related items will be reviewed and approved for
the Gardener’s Marketplace on the front lawn.
New for 2017! Home & Garden Booths – a limited number of Vendor Booths
on the front lawn that can feature HOME OR GARDEN items. Please refer to the
front lawn layout and look for the tag HG for the location of these
booths. Home or Garden Booths will be available at the rate of $800 for
each 9’ x 9’ area.
Back and Front Lawn
Corner Booth Space - is available on a limited, first-come,
first served basis at the rate of $200 for each corner requested.
