Mary B. Kozik, a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), joined the staff of the Preservation Society as Chief of Institutional Advancement in July 2012.
Mary has had a successful career in fund development and non-profit management. She most recently served as the Vice President of Institutional Advancement for the Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia. Prior to that, Mary served at Lifespan—initially as the Senior Director of Major Giving for Rhode Island Hospital, and then was promoted to the Chief Development Officer for Newport Hospital.
Her experience has also included serving as Senior Vice President for Public Relations, Marketing and Development at Landmark Medical Center, and as the Executive Director of the New York City Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Mary has been active with a variety of non-profits, including Leadership Rhode Island, the Association of Fund Raising Professionals, and the Junior League of Rhode Island.
Mary has a B.A. from Bryant University and additional studies toward a master's degree at Harvard University.
She is a native of Rhode Island.
